How we manufacture
RM2 operates a full in-house manufacturing facility in Adelaide. From CNC machining and edgebanding to pressing and assembly — every component is produced under one roof with quality checkpoints at every stage.

Laminex
Australia's leading decorative surfaces. HPL, CL and MR MDF in a wide range of finishes.
polytec
Decorative panels, doors and components. Melamine, Createc and Seratone ranges.
Navurban
Architectural timber-look panels. Lightweight, durable and suited to high-traffic commercial environments.
We also work with solid surfaces (Corian), natural stone, stainless steel, aluminium trims and specialty materials as required.
Our Process
Step 1
Shop Drawing Review
We review architect drawings and produce detailed shop drawings with material schedules, hardware specifications and installation methodology.
Step 2
Manufacturing
In-house CNC machining, edging, pressing and assembly. Quality checkpoints at every stage.
Step 3
Pre-fit & Quality Assurance
Components are pre-assembled in our workshop before delivery. This catches issues early and reduces on-site rework.
Step 4
Delivery & Staging
Protected transport and site staging. For live environments (airports, casinos), we coordinate access windows and security requirements.
Step 5
Installation & Handover
Professional installation with protection of completed work. Clean handover with documentation.
